Rika Wakamiya (若宮 理香 Wakamiya Rika) is a young journalist of a large publisher who belonged to the editing team of the Monthly Onmyouji magazine and the younger sister of Eri Wakamiya.

Rika is a very young journalist who looked like a twenty-year old woman.
She wore suit and pants that made her look indistinguishable from a normal office lady.

Etymology[]
- The name Rika means "reason, logic" (理) (ri) and "fragrance, fragrant" (香) (ka).
- Rika's surname Wakamiya means "young, immature" (若) (waka) and "temple, shrine, palace" (宮) (miya).
- Wakamiya can also be read as 'Wakasugi', but she herself confirmed it that she doesn't have any relations with the Wakasugi Clan.
