Atsune Hirata (比良多篤祢 Hirata Atsune?) is a magic investigator working in the Onmyo Agency under Amami. After the resignation of Jin Otomo, he is directing the investigation of the Twin Horn Syndicate. In reality, he is shown to be controlled by one of the Yakou's devotees.
